Howdy Week is Aggieland's official welcome for new and returning students and takes place each fall between move-in and the start of classes at Texas A&M University. Howdy Week is a campus-wide effort of collaboration and is designed to help connect Aggies to a wide array of activities, organizations, and important information to jump-start their time in Aggieland.
Featured Events are large-scale events that take place during Howdy Week in the fall. Featured events are sponsored by a University Office, Department, or Sponsored-Level Student Organizations as defined by Student Activities.
University offices, departments, colleges, or recognized student organizations sponsor General Events. All Howdy Week events are free and do not overlap with Featured Events. General Events and the full Howdy Week schedule will go live in August.
Howdy Week events provide students with an opportunity to learn more about campus, each other, and college life in general through a series of educational and social events sponsored by University offices, departments, academic units, registered student organizations, and community members.
